Toledo Edison Replies

Toledo Edison, through their attorneys, Roetzel & Andress, filed a reply brief to their request to dismiss this case. Notably, in their reply, Toledo Edison makes it clear that they believe that they have no legal duty to “consumers.” This is in regard to ORC 4933.121.
